Motkhases is a revolutionary freelancing website that provides specialized freelancing services model in WordPress with awesome new features, services and tools.

Key Terms

Users can do both publish projects or add bids as freelancer to execute projects.

Projects is a well detailed words and media that describe and limit exclusively the freelancing process and services between:

Employer: the project provider that is asking for a paid freelancing service.

Specialized: the service provider that was accepted by the the Employer from the projects bids dashboard and will earn the project cost minus website commission.

Orders is the completed project details one its approved from the buyer or autocompleted .

Wallet is the place where Motkhases credit charged to be whether in projects or in website tools and services.

points is a reward from completing project can be used purchasing services and tools.

Main terms:

• Motkhases registration is free.
• All website features and advantages is only available for registered users.
• You agree to provide us with accurate, complete and updated information and must not create an account for fraudulent or misleading purposes. You are solely responsible for any activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password. We are not liable for any acts or omissions by you in connection with your account.
• Buyers pay Motkhases in advance to create a project.
• Both (Rejected – Expired) projects costs will be refunded to the wallet.
• The wallet credit can be withdrawn through available withdrawal methods.
• Delivered projects will be autocompleted in 3 days if we didn’t receive any support issue ticket about the project or employer didn’t comment or complete the project.
• Project Comments enabled after accepting the offer application.
• Project Comments will be disabled after 15 days since the project completed.

Project details:

• Project details must be will described and detailed with all requirements as needed.
• Project cost is fixed as we believe that project cost must fixed as required quality as we aim and freelancer must get his fixed price for his quality.
• Project description considered a contract between the project employer and the freelancer.
• If the accepted freelancer offer has different details than the project description it will override the project description as the offer accepted details.
• Project Cancelation:
  – In progress projects can be canceled only from the technical support and costs may not be full debited according the current situation.
• Project comments will be disabled after 15 days of project completion.
• Motkhses is not responsible for any contact or agreements that happens outside website.
• Default copyrights is for project author if their is no agreement about it.
• By default freelancers will be committed to provide one month support to full Website Creation completed projects.

Payment details:

• Motkhases commission is based on project cost:
  – cost less than EGP 10.000  (Commission 20%).
  – cost from EGP 10.000  to EGP 100.000 (Commission15%).
  – cost more than EGP 100.000 (Commission 10%).
• Motkhases default currency  is currently (EGP).
• Minimum charging wallet credit amount is EGP 500 . 
• Charging wallet credit fees is 2.75% to cover payment gateway charges with minimum amount 500(EGP)(Not PayPal). 
• PayPal charging fees is 5% for both PayPal (Checkout – Credit Card).
• Charging fees is not refundable from payment gateways.
• .po cost is EGP 100 for every 1000 or less translated strings.

Withdrawal details:

• Withdrawal minimum amount EGP 500.
• Motkhases don’t charge for withdrawing.
• Withdrawing fees depends on the chosen method fees.
•  Withdrawal method fees will be debited from the withdrawal total amount.
• Withdrawal limits is set by the provider, any requests that passes those limits will be rejected.
• Bank account method may take up to 7 business days.
• Withdrawal currency is EGP.

Points details:

Motkhases points used to purchase website premium tools:

• 1 free point for every EGP 1.000 from completed projects cost for both (Employer & Freelancer).
• 5 points for every 1000 string in approved .po file.
• .Po point cost is 5 points for every 1000 translated strings.

Plugin/Theme .Po file submission requirements:

• Plugin/Theme image, name, description, file, link and version are required.
• Any Phishing, Spam or Inappropriate Behavior and Language in strings will get user banned.
• Strings translations must be accurate and suitable to the usage.
• Translated strings must be at least 50% translation complete.
• File must be unique and not exists in author files.

Restricted Usage:

• Any adult content .
• Inappropriate Behavior and Language .
• Phishing and Spam .
•  Fraud and Unlawful usage.
• Abuse and Spam.
• Privacy & Identity transgressions.

Refund Policy:

• Completed projects can’t be refunded.
• Project details and agreements role the refund process.
• Customer support only can refund projects costs based on the situation analytics.
• Refund may be not complete based on customer support decision.
• Once project refunded it will be removed and cant be republished.
